Karigar.ai is an AI Service Orchestrator built for Pakistan's informal economy — connecting customers with skilled workers (electricians, plumbers, AC technicians, carpenters) who are digitally invisible. Users describe their problem in natural language (text or voice) in English, Urdu, or Roman Urdu, and 6 specialized AI agents handle the entire flow: understanding the issue, finding the best-matched workers nearby using proximity + rating scoring, explaining why each was recommended with transparent reasoning, and completing the booking in a single conversation. Features a service provider web portal giving informal workers their first digital storefront with scheduling, pricing, revenue analytics, and dispute management. Built for the Antigravity Hackathon — Challenge 2.
